Cleaning of industrial generators

For the industrial generator to work perfectly and have a long service life, it is essential to carry out the relevant maintenance tasks , as it is the case with practically all the important machines used in factories and companies.

These are some of our recommendations that allow the machine not to have operating problems:

• Check the industrial electric generator every two years , even if it is not being used.
• Wipe the machine with a clean cloth after each use to prevent dust and other dirt from remaining . Remember not to use solvents or cleaning products, as they can ruin the device.
• Change the spark plugs once a year .
• You must avoid the entry of water into the machine .
• Even if you don’t use it often, you should start it up . Do it at least every three months and in an area with good ventilation.
• Store the industrial generator in a dry space .
• Check that the fuel pump, the turbocharger, the injectors and the automatic voltage regulator are correctly calibrated (if you use it frequently, you have to do this once a year, otherwise every two years).
• Do not use the industrial electric generator in humid environments .
